We are a village club situated just outside Cambridge, on the banks of the River Cam, playing Saturday 40 over league cricket in the Cambridgeshire Cricket Association League and Midweek cricket in the Cambridge Business Houses League. We aim to play league cricket at the highest standard, but also place important emphasis on the social side of the game with a small programme of friendly fixtures.
2025 was a season of consolidation in Division 2 North with the club finishing comfortably in 3rd place.
The 2026 season will start with indoor nets on Monday nights (6.30 - 8.30pm) at the Leys Leisure Centre, before we move to outdoor nets on Thursdays (6pm onwards) on Fen Ditton Recreation Ground after Easter.We will start our playing season with a couple of warm-up games in late April. A weekend pre-season Tour (18th/19th April) is planned to the Oxford area leading into our programme of league fixtures, again in Div2N. We have also entered the CCA Junior Cup T20 competition, played on a few Sundays.There will be some Sunday friendly fixtures and plenty of midweek T20 evening games in the Business Houses League so that we can continue to cater for a wide range of ages and abilities.
We welcome all new players, especially those from the the parish of Fen Ditton including the Marleigh estate, and the near city.
